Returns and Exchanges
Custom order sales are all final. If there is an error on my part (e.g. wrong spelling), I'll replace the item for you. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package.
There will be no refund for changing your mind on a purchase, sorry! Please understand that customized items cannot be resold.
Buyer is to bear return postage.

Nature of handstamped jewelry
As each letter is stamped by hand, please understand that the depth of impression, spacing and alignment will vary slightly from character to character. Letters may not line up perfectly like machine engraved letters. I believe that's what makes it unique. I will always try to make it as good as it is possible to be, however do expect slight imperfections.

Charm size
Please be very sure of the charm size before making your order to avoid any disappointment.
Photos are zoomed in most of the time and therefore size of charms can be misintepreted.

Jewelry care
Metals like brass tend to tarnish when in contact with air (especially in our humid Malaysian weather!) and moisture from the skin.
Therefore, each charm will be coated with a special kind of wax to protect it from tarnishing caused by contact with air and skin oils. The wax also resists liquid spillage and finger marks. Please do not rub hard on the charms lest the wax come off.

Nevertheless, it is still advisable to keep all unworn jewelry in a dry place or even better, sealed tight in a zip-lock plastic bag. Also, please avoid contact with water.

Polishing pads are also available for sale upon request. A gentle wipe with it will remove tarnish nicely.
